Cloud Additional Terms

Certain Cab Daddy products are offered as optional add-ons to a Member’s Cab Daddy account. Some add-ons are subject to additional terms and conditions (“Additional Terms”). By activating or using any add-on, you agree to be bound by the applicable Additional Terms for that add-on. The Additional Terms for each add-on are set out below.
Branded Apps
The Branded App is an optional service that can be added to your Cab Daddy account to enhance operational efficiency through mobile applications. Cab Daddy offers two types of Branded Apps:
- Branded Passenger App
- Branded Driver App
Both applications are customised with your branding, including app name, logo, and descriptions. The Passenger App allows passengers to make and track bookings via a mobile device. The Driver App enables drivers to receive and complete jobs through a mobile device and allows administrators to allocate nearby jobs by viewing driver locations.
By adding a Branded App to your Cab Daddy account, you agree to these Additional Terms. Please read them carefully, as they form a legally binding agreement governing your use of the Branded Apps.
The Branded Apps form part of the Service. Accordingly, your use of the Branded Apps is subject to both these Additional Terms and the Cloud Standard Terms of Use, which remain in full force and effect. These Additional Terms do not replace or override the Cloud Standard Terms of Use.
Capitalised terms not defined in these Additional Terms have the meanings assigned to them in the Cloud Standard Terms of Use. If you have any questions regarding these terms, please contact us.
Note: If you choose to host the Branded Apps on your own server, these Additional Terms continue to apply.
Part A: Important Information
Cab Daddy reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue Branded App integrations at any time.
Cab Daddy may deny, limit, suspend, or terminate your access to the Branded Apps, with or without cause, at its sole discretion. Cab Daddy shall not be liable for any modification, suspension, termination or discontinuation of the Branded Apps.
Members may opt out of the Branded App service at any time by contacting Cab Daddy. Upon request, Cab Daddy will disconnect the Branded App add-on from the Member’s account and arrange for the removal of the selected mobile application from the applicable app stores.
Cab Daddy may update or amend these Additional Terms at any time by publishing a revised version on the Cab Daddy website. Updated terms become effective immediately upon publication unless you choose to terminate your account.
Part B: Branded App Publication
Cab Daddy distributes Branded Apps through third-party app marketplaces, including Google Play and the Apple App Store. By downloading, using, or renewing a Branded App, you also agree to comply with the applicable terms of service, policies, and guidelines of the relevant app store. Any breach of an app store’s terms may also constitute a breach of these Additional Terms.
When signing up for the Branded Apps, you must provide certain information required for app configuration and publication. Cab Daddy is not responsible for the actions, decisions, or policies of third-party app stores, as these are independent services beyond our control.
The Cab Daddy account holder shall remain the primary point of contact for all matters relating to the Branded Apps.
Part C: Payment
The Branded App is an add-on to your Cab Daddy account and is subject to additional charges in accordance with the pricing listed on our website. The applicable add-on fee will be added to your Monthly Plan and billed on a recurring monthly basis for as long as you continue to use the Branded App.
To ensure uninterrupted service, Cab Daddy will automatically renew the Branded App unless you choose to opt out of automatic renewal by contacting customer support. Failure to pay the renewal fee will result in the Branded App no longer being published.
Members acknowledge and agree that all rights and interests in the Branded App will automatically cease upon non-payment. If a Cab Daddy account is suspended, the Branded App will no longer renew automatically and will be removed from public visibility in the app stores. If a Cab Daddy account is terminated, the Branded App will no longer renew and will be permanently removed from the app stores.
If the Branded App has already been submitted for review and is undergoing processing by an app store, no refunds will be issued.
Part D: Liability (Branded Apps)
Members are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. You must independently determine whether the Service, including the Branded App, is suitable for your business and compliant with such requirements.
Cab Daddy does not guarantee complete security for data transmitted over the internet.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cab Daddy and our Team from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising directly or indirectly from your use of the Branded Apps or from use by any third party.
Cab Daddy Driver App – Additional Terms
The Cab Daddy Driver App is an optional service that can be added to your Cab Daddy account to improve operational efficiency. The Driver App connects drivers with the Cab Daddy dispatch system, enabling drivers to receive and complete jobs.
The Driver App also allows administrators to monitor driver availability, view driver locations, and allocate nearby jobs efficiently. The application is available for download via third-party app stores.
By adding the Cab Daddy Driver App to your Cab Daddy account, you agree to these Additional Terms. Please read them carefully, as they form a legally binding agreement governing your use of the Driver App.
The Cab Daddy Driver App forms part of the Service. Your use of the Driver App is therefore subject to both these Additional Terms and the Cloud Standard Terms of Use, which continue to apply in full.
Part A: Important Information (Driver App)
Cab Daddy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Driver App integration at any time.
Cab Daddy may deny, limit, suspend or terminate your access to the Driver App, with or without cause, at its sole discretion.
You may discontinue use of the Driver App at any time by disabling it within your Cab Daddy account.
Cab Daddy may amend these Additional Terms at any time by publishing an updated version on the Cab Daddy website.
Part B: Driver App Use
Cab Daddy provides the Driver App through third-party app marketplaces, including Google Play and the Apple App Store.
By downloading or using the Driver App, you also agree to comply with the applicable terms, policies, and procedures of the relevant app store.
The Driver App is included as part of your Monthly Plan and will remain accessible for as long as your Cab Daddy account remains active and in good standing.
